Renegades Armor Tuning

This TLDR will go over the following Exotic changes and buffs. The Ability tuning TLDR will release tomorrow, with the Weapon tuning TLDR releasing on Wednesday.


Hunter Exotics


Graviton Forfeit

  • Will now grant improved Grenade, Melee, and Class ability recharge rates for a moderate duration each time the user becomes invisible

    • Effects stacks up 3x

    • Effect time doesn't deplete while the user is invisible

  • At 3 stacks, successive triggers will grant a portion of Void Overshield


Omnioculus

  • Granting Beyond the Veil effects on allies also starts their health and shield regen

    • The ONLY apply to allies and not the Hunter


Lucky Raspberry

  • Arcbolt Grenade Ability

    • Projectile lifetime of the chain has been increased

    • Will activate 0.1 second faster after initial sensor sweep (from 0.6 seconds to 0.5 seconds

    • Max chain range of the initial chain increased by 10 meters

  • Exotic Armor

    • Will always apply jolt on Arcbolt Grenade hits

    • Returns Arcbolt energy on any application of Jolt debuff or triggering the Jolt chains on a target already affected by the debuff


Orpheus Rig

  • Increased super duration from 16 to 20 seconds


Gemini Jesters

  • Disorient duration against players increased from 0.5 sec to 1 sec

  • In addition to applying disorient, Misdireciton removes players HUDs for 2 sec

  • Disorient duration against combatants increased from 2 sec to 3 sec


Titan Exotics


Arbor Warden

  • Picking up 3 orbs enhances the next Barri-nade

  • Enhanced Barri-nade spawns a Y pattern of three of your equipped barricade on Barri-nade detention

  • This does work with barricade modifications like Drengr's Lash or Storms Keep


Dunemarchers

  • Maximum chain count increased from 4 to 7

  • Each chain hit will grant 2 Bolt Charge Stacks (3 with Storms Keep)

  • Glaive melees will now all trigger the chain


Ursa Furiosa

  • Should gain Super energy if damage is blocked while the user has an Overshield

  • Super energy stored will no longer be scaled on combatant difficulty

  • Super energy regard rate meter will rate will double while in at-Power activities

  • Super energy refund meter fill rate is buffed by about 13.6% in -40 Power activities


Second Chance

  • Added:

    • Void Breaches will spawn on Shield Throw final blow

    • Will grant Shield Throw energy on any Void Breach pickup

  • The Shield Throw on Sential Shield Supers ranged attack will also weaken when this exotic is equipped

  • A bug where anti-barrier shield throw melee would not bounce to more than 2 targets has been fixed


Armamentarium

  • Will grant 10% grenade energy on weapon final blow

  • Reloads the users equipped weapon when using a grenade ability


Lion Rampants

  • Will allow shooting while ADS (Aim Down Sights) when in lift


Peacekeepers

  • Mobility bonus increased from 25 to 30

  • Ability to swap-load SMGs re-added


Warlock Exotics


Nothing Manacles

  • Reminder of Update 9.1.5 adjustments

    • Charged grenade now creates 4 more seekers

    • Seeker damage against combatants increased by 25%

    • Charged seeker tracking against combatants improved

    • Charged seeker lifetime increased

  • Charged Scatter Grenade Ability

    • Faster final projectile speed

  • Exotic Armor

    • Spawn additional seekers on Scatter Grenade kill

    • This effect can now chain


Briarbinds

  • Will need fewer kills to max out the Briarbinds Void Soul damage bonus

    • Which has been decreased to 4 (from 6)

  • Up to 30% more damage after 10 seconds


Stormdancer's Brace

  • Will grant Bolt Charge for arc ability hits when Amplified while Stormdance is equipped

  • Stormdance damage bonus builds on hits instead of kills, with increased cap to compensate

    • Needs 30 hits to cap, top end damage is unchanged


Winter's Guile

  • Melee and Finisher final blows will grant bonus melee damage

    • Melee final blows will grant 1 stack, Finishers will grant 3 stacks

    • Max is 10 stacks for +400% melee damage

    • Stacks will be lost one at a time, with a timer of 4.5 seconds

  • Once 10 stacks is reached, immediately gain one melee charge and enter Warlords Rage when you activate your melee ability

    • The user has 10 seconds to activate Warlords Rage

  • While in Warlords Rage

    • Dramatically gain increased melee regen speed

    • Gain faster melee speed

    • Melee damage bonus increased to +500%

    • Lasts 10 seconds

    • Lose all stacks when Warlords Rage ends


Mataiodoxia

  • Hitting a target with at least 5 Needlestorm Super projectiles will also activate the suspending burst

    • The burst from the Super will cause increased damage to all targets caught in the radius. Should feel like a contender to Curiass Thundercrash damage.


Dawn Chorus

  • Daybreak + Dawn Chorus damage increased by 5%

  • Total scorch stacks will increase
